Domain Transfer Instructions
In order for us to be able to host your domain we have to be
listed as your server. If you registered your domain through us
we will already be your server. If you registered your domain through
someone else you must do a transfer.
Each registrar has a different process. You will need to go in
to their site and see what their instructions are for changing name
servers and contacts. And in some instances you will need to contact
your current domain host to make the changes for you.
You will need to provide the following information:
New Technical or Zone Contact:
DNS Support
Host Annex
54 Danbury Road #299
Ridgefield, CT. 06877
203-894-8491
dns@hostannex.com
Primary Name Server:
NS1.HOSTANNEX.COM
66.135.100.100
Secondary Name Server:
NS2.HOSTANNEX.COM
66.135.100.101
All of this information must be changed in order for us to host
your domain.
You will most likely receive an e-mail stating that the changes
have been made but they could take up to 72 hours to propagate.
Once the changes show up in a 'whois' search we can then start to
host your domain.
